Every day, we hear terrible stories on the news, we read about them in the paper, and we see them displayed all over social media. You never think one of those stories could be about you and your community, but Friday evening, West Kentucky’s nightmare became a reality. The West Kentucky tornadoes that swept through our region have been devastating and heartbreaking to say the least. As we continue to work together, we will get through this.

Eight Days of Hope: Kentucky Tornadoes
Eight Days of Hope has been deployed to Mayfield, Kentucky to help with relief efforts. They are an amazing nonprofit organization that exists to serve those in need. They bring their gifts and resources to disaster areas to aid in the rebuilding process. The Rapid Response event has been split into two separate weeks of serving in the Mayfield community: December 15 – 22 and December 28 – January 8. Our hearts are heavy with grief caused by the West Kentucky tornadoes. From Mayfield to Benton to Bowling Green to Dawson Springs and everywhere in between, our hearts break for you.
